  1. Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a container, mix the marinade ingredients. Add the chicken and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 24 hours.
  3. Once marinated, heat the grill to medium.
  4. Assemble the kabobs by alternating chicken and vegetables on the skewers. Aim for 6 kabobs, using two veggies and a piece of chicken each time.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 5 to 6 minutes. Flip them using tongs and grill for another 5 to 6 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Take the kabobs off the grill. Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy!
