Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- ¼ cup of sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon hot cocoa mix (instant)
Instructions
- Set your oven to 425 degrees.
- Lightly grease 12 muffin cups.
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Combine the egg mixture with the flour mixture and stir well.
- For the topping and filling, mix ¼ cup sugar, cinnamon, and hot cocoa mix together.
- Pour half of the batter into the muffin cups.
- Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over the batter in the cups.
- Add the rest of the batter on top and finish with the remaining sugar mixture.
