Instructions

  1. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Crush the Oreos in a blender or food processor until fine. Pour the crumbs into a large bowl, saving 1 to 2 tablespoons for later. Mix in the cream cheese.
  3. With a handheld mixer, blend the Oreo crumbs and cream cheese until smooth, scraping the bowl's sides as needed.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture, roll them into balls, and place them on the baking sheet. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  5. When the Oreo balls are firm, chop the chocolate and put it in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20 to 30 second bursts, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, coating them completely, then return them to the baking sheet. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top as you go.
  7. After coating all the Oreo balls, refrigerate them for at least 20 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
