How do I add a child to my account?
Tap the "My Kids" section from the home screen, then tap the "+" button to add a new child. Enter their name and birthdate to personalize their experience.
How do AI Learning Paths work?
Learning Paths are personalized activity plans generated by AI based on your child's age and the specific challenges you're facing. Simply describe what you'd like help with, and we'll create a step-by-step guide with parent tips.
Can I track multiple children?
Yes! You can add multiple children to your account and switch between their profiles to track milestones and activities separately for each child.
What's the difference between Standard and Comfort mode?
Standard mode features a bright, colorful interface. Comfort mode offers a calmer, darker theme that's easier on the eyes, especially during evening use.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@momrise.app. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
Is my data secure?
Yes, all data is stored securely using Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
How much does MomRise cost and is there a free trial?
Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial so you can explore the full app before being charged. After the trial, MomRise is $6.99/month or $69.99/year. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be billed at all.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from your account settings inside the app. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you'll cancel through your Apple ID or Google account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access for the rest of the current paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't issue refunds for completed billing periods, including partial months or unused time. The 7-day free trial is designed to let you fully evaluate MomRise before any charge, so please cancel during the trial if MomRise isn't a fit. If you subscribed through the App Store or Play Store, Apple or Google handle refund requests directly through their own policies. For anything else — including billing errors or bugs you've hit — email us at support@momrise.app and we'll make it right.
